[Q] Acer Liquid S100 help data roaming

Hi, I have a problem with my acer liquid:
I have a flat data, however, can not go data roaming in the data because it has an extra cost !
Then I switch off the data roaming but the phone still carries data traffic but not always.
On the internet I found an answer of acer assistance that does disable "effemeridi" but on my phone it is disable and I don't think this is the problem.
Why this problem?

i suggest u to use to the acer a1 dl tool and install latest .BIN file.
