Default Kies Firmware Upgrade Problem

Hi To All Readers, **** HELP PLEASE ****

I have a Samsung Galaxy W I8150, I downloaded the latest Kies software on my pc, OS. Windows 7 + connected my device + got an option to upgrade to latest version.
I clicked upgrade, followed all the on-screen instructions, by the looks of this matter, it took my old software out, but could not install the New Update on my phone, I even tried the Error connection in troubleshooting menu in Kies, still no joy.
Showing up as device not recognised, I tried this procedure many times, but still same problem.
So I had to unplug my device, but now my device does not boot up, when I switch it on, starts of with a welcome screen: Samsung Galaxy W wonder I8150\ + then a small white box with an yellow arrow pointing towards a green android appears in the middle of the screen.

That is all I keep on getting when I switch my device on, every time.
If I try to plug the charger it stays same except at first a battery image appears in the middle of the screen.

All help appreciated, Thanks
