So Just got my radar and unlocked via chevron but its only limited to 10 apps as I have heard I will need so much more, how can I increase it? Also How can I intop lock as well. Thanks

The increase is the interop unlock. There is no "Jailbreak" for windows phones. That is an iPhone specific term. There is currently no way to interop unlock the radar. A few members in the hacking forum are working on it but HTC seems to have closed that security loophole.

What about the dualboot program.
