Default [Rom] MicroCM Alpha2 13/01-2012 - The minimalistic CM7 rom

MicroCM is a minimalstic CM7 rom that runs on stock kernel. Ive removed lots features such as some useless livewallpapers and apks.

This is my first rom.

This rom is based on GingerDX v21 and I want to thank Doixanh for the rom that I build this rom from.

Requirements:
A rooted phone with CVM
Baseband 015
LinuxDX or Alfs if you want to have a custom kernel(Alpha 2)

How to install:
1. Reboot into Clockworkmod Recovery
2. Flash the MicroCM zip file and the Google Apps zip file in flash custom zip.
3. Wipe userdata and cache
4. Reboot, the first boot will take a long time and thats because the phone is preparing all the settings.

Download links:
Alpha 2
Modules for Alpha 2(Only for stockkernel)
Timescape for Alpha 2
Alpha1
Google Apps(Only for alpha 1, included in alpha 2)

I found two things you'd best correct

1. It's wise to wipe userdata before flashing the rom. It's like that with all roms.
2. You really should put the Cyanogenmod changelog in a spoiler or something so one doesn't have to scroll for ages to get by it.
I'm only responsible for what I say, not for what you understand.

Phone: Samsung GT-I9300 Galaxy S III running CrapWiz.
Tablet: ASUS Nexus 7 WiFi 32GB running SmoothROM.

Two problems:

2 gets stuck on SE logo when i try to enter recovery...
While i appreciate your effort dont see difference from Naa's rom apart from smaller number of applications

Well, i am going to fix this now. You must install gapps from cyanogenmod.
About the recovery error did you press the back button many times or not.
