[Q] Trying to make Factory reset from Hardware key

hi
i have motorola razr tx-910 ...... unrooted .... 2.3.5
I want to make Factory reset from Hardware key

Turn off the Phone. Press and hold Volume Down button, press Power button

then i get a Device is Locked

what i can do ?????

but what i can do in the fastboot ????

i can do the hard Factory reset in to fastboot or flash wthe RSDLITE ( flash tools ) ???

plz .... show me how i can go to recovry mood
and what we can do in fastboot

Fastboot can flash the fastboot file through rsdlite. That mean you can recover from boot loop or can flash if you want other locales moto roms(like en.EU rom in development forum).
For factory resetting, you can do two way(from recovery or from phone setting/privacy/factory reset).
To go to stock recovery, power-off your phone..then press power button+ volume up+ volume down at the same time. You will see recovery with other menu.Scroll down to recovery by using volume down button. Use power button for selecting. Good luck....

ok ... now i understand the fastboot and recovery
but where i can get the rsdlite
i'm searching in motorola website and i did't find the application.exe
plz give me the link to download the rsdlite

and were i can get the firmwares for global or Middle East
