camera, network, button backlight, haptic feedback, gps, wifi, all working
stable as hell

+TW UI framework is only on samsung apps. i.e. 3rd party apps still have the stock ICS look

definitely usable as a daily rom

Bad
option to set system font size is gone
browser tabs ui is extremely ugly
stock ICS keyboard has been removed
ICS LWPs are nowhere to be found
status bar icons (battery, wifi, network) are no longer blue
swype is missing too

This the latest build and so far quiet stable

Force closes are almost non existent
Everything seems to work

Battery drains quickly ( gave me around 8 hours)
Bit laggy here and there
might have to do full wipe if you get FC's or something dosen't work

How to flash.
- Open ODIN.
- Select CODE / MODEM / CSC.
- Put phone in download mode. (HOME - VOLUMN DOWN - LOCK)
- Connect phone with cable. Push start (Wait till phone reboot on Android start screen!)

Changes.
Interface: Nothing in case of XXKPA.
Battery: Battery feels better.
Faster: Phones looks faster.
Touch: Touch response is better.
Overall: Firmware more stable but still with some bugs.
Facelock: Working.
Task: Task maneger is back.


ALTERNATE LAUNCHERS - If you don't like TW

NOVA LAUNCHER

Nova launcher only works with ICS Roms so wont work with other roms .. please follow the link thread to install and use.



EASTER EGGS :

Tap three times on Android version to get the easter egg ( same as before )

Face unlock feature can be bypassed by using a picture of the owner, even a picture snapped and displayed on your own phone - there's a youtube of it

Which tool are people going to use to flash this?

Brilliant.

They've kept face unlock and ICS task management.. I'm happy with that.

Probably use aosp/cm if it's released soon then this when they've ironed it out after a release or two.

I´m going to test this Rom with LolBoot-Dualboot (when I manage to download it).
