The problem is that the /system partition is mounted as read-only when the device boots.But if you have root access to the device, you can remount the partition as read-write then do the following..
1. connect usb to phone..
2. go to settings and check usb debugging.. i.e activate usb debugging mode
3. open command prompt and type "cmd" then "adb"
4. then "adb shell"
5. then "su"
6. then type this code:--

# mount -o remount,rw -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
# cat /sdcard/MiuiHome.apk > /system/app/MiuiHome.apk
# mount -o remount,ro -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system

reboot and enjoy the translated apk *If needed i will translate more*

this is a port project of MIUI however i stopped due to low developing skill's same as ICS port (that one requires patching etc etc,)

Ihero project will probably be discontinued aswell, as i cant update driver's (if i do so my boot.img wont boot up)

its a non booting MIUI Port, so yes its MIUI but not bootable
