Chevron Labs not able to unlock my Lunia 800

Hi Guys,
I get the "phone is ignoring us" when I try to unlock the phone that I bought SIM free from Phones4US. I have tried everything including resetting the phone. I did see on the Chevron blog though that someone did get theirs unlocked today.
Any ideas? Do I need to get a retail Nokia ROM and have it installed first??

Just unlocked mine today without problems. Got it sim free from Amazon.de

I wonder do I have a different firmware from you? Here is my details. Can you check please? There has to be some reason I cant unlock.

Thanks, it seems you have the very latest firmware update. I had talked with Nokia because my MMS was not working and there was no "network set up" available in Marketplace. She said I could not avail of this until I had the new firmware and she said that it was being rolled out now. So far I have not received this. Maybe when I do get it I will be able to unlock then. If not I hope Heathcliffe will come up with a new retail ROM for all of us

mine has been unlocked with the same fimware

run the tool as admin i did the same and works . sorry for my english

Sorry, but how do I run the tool as admin?

Right click on the tool icon and select "run as admin"
