LG Bluetooth headphones problem?

Ok, so I've gotten the LG bluetooth headphones and when I try to play music, it only comes out of one ear. So, I exchanged them for another pair and its the same issue. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my phone. I'm running CM7 on the 12/12 nightly. Are there any known issues or did I just luck out twice? Also, instead of returning them, would it be likely that I could solder a new headphone on the side that's not working to get it going?

Which headset? I'm using the LG HBS-700 with my G2x running the latest Gigglebread, and it works PERFECTLY. Are you sure it's an A2DP headset? Try making a phone call to see if audio plays through both ears.

Might be the rom. I have stock gingerbread and mine work great.
