You may have to take your SIM out for this to work. I did even with the back off. Aside from that, this works fantastic.

The first post said "Under phone info you will find that the network is factory set to WCDMA Preferred" so I was expecting to see that in my phone.

IM confused by what exactly to do with this. Cleared storage and factory reset. And still infinite loop.

have you tried what i wrote? take the back cover off, let the phone load without a signal. then go into that menu, see if it's on WCDMA; if so, change it to LTE/CDMA Auto like it says..then reboot and put back cover on.

DONATE TO ME
This has happened to me many times, it seems to be mostly if I Temp Root and/or if VZW is having Signal issues.

What works for me EVERY TIME that it happens:

-Pull Battery out.
-Pull SIM card out.
-Put Battery back in and boot normally.
-Go into: Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Networks>Network Mode
-Whatever your phone currently says, switch to the other option. (You have two choices: LET/CDMA or CDMA Only)
-Power off phone
-Remove battery
-Insert SIM card
-Put battery in, boot form normally.

I have done this at least 5 times and it has always worked for me. The battery cover can be on or off during the process and it works either way.

I get it now. The phone was done. No matter what it wouldn't boot. Thanks
