[Q] [S-OFF]Problem with root ChaCha

Hi all,
I allready make S-OFF my ChaCha, i follow this guide to Root:

But when i power on my phone one message appears:

Sorry!
Superuser has stopped unexpectedly. Whould you like to tell HTC?

Maybe i make a mistake, i put the 2 files in the FAT32 partition of the SD, not in the EXT2, can someone help me pls? Ty

Did you root the ChaCha with our manual?

everything - cwm and su should be on the 1. partition on the sd-card (fat32)

Mmm what kind of problem is it? I also can't use Linktosd because tell me that i dont't have root permission...
