xtc clip htc chacha

I want to root my htc chacha, because i hate the lack of internal memory.

I am kinda new to this ans don't know anything about rooting. But i heard that i will need a xtc clip to get it s-off.

Where can i get an xtc clip?

Or maybe there is some1 that lives near Ghent (Belgium) that can help me with this.
