THANK YOU!!! Im amped to get this flashed

This thing is beautiful.

Some things I'm noticing:

• No camera. Could the driver for the camera be extracted from the Honeycomb builds... or something?
• It's showing mobile network and tethering dialogs in settings and the antenna for it on the super-awesome bar at the bottom. Could this be disabled for WiFi models?
• Launcher wallpaper picker is freezing for me. Anybody else got this happening? Edit: Worked fine after a reboot.
• Screenshot isn't working for me. Power + volume up, you say? I've tried up / down; would've tried left / right / A / B / Select / Start if they were available.
• Google Maps isn't marked as installed from the Market, even though it's there. I try to install it and it just opens the one that's there. This could cause some problems when updates are available.

If you need any beta testers for modifications and such, you know we're always available and willing. =)

Excited to hopefully see this working on 4G models soon.

OK. For some reason I can't determined yet my kitchen is spitting out rooms that won't flash on my Xoom. Fail bad installation... so
Pulled from my gnex is superuser.apk the su and the busybox if someone, who's environment is set up correctly want to try to put the newer files in and build it, and see if the latest files will work to get root let me know.

Interesting. Would be awesome if it worked.

Anyone having problems with the keyboard? It's simply not correcting anything and marking every word as incorrect, so my screen is full red underlines. Even underlined when using another keyboard. Any way to remove the Japanese keyboards and IME?

Edit:

A note on the two included search apps, Google Search and Search: the first seems to be the one meant to include the full power of search in ICS, the second is the same available in Honeycomb. They look different on the desktop; HC says Google, ICS one says nothing. To make sure you run what seems to be the better one, disable Search under Settings > Apps > All > Search > Disable. (Should also help for disabling the old Music app, which curiously came bundled here.)
