If you want to try ICS appereance, but don't want unlock bootloader, yo can try this theme :

How to Install :
1. Copy downloaded file to SDCard
2. Flash with CWM recovery
3. Reboot

Works on my .42

Be careful your dl link is wrong.
Also I supsect your updater-script to be wrong, it just copy /system
and the other directories (fonts, media, framework) should be under /system too.
