So I finally figured out my deep sleep issue, anybody have advice on how to change this?

If you dont have an IPv6 network on your router, you can disable the IPv6 functions of both your router and your Windows PCs, that will stop them from spamming IPv6 garbage all the time and will reduce your wlan_rx_wake wake locks significantly. Also turning off multicast on your router helps, but it might lower your overall network performance depending on how your network is used.

To add to my previous post, you can also disable the following Windows services (you'd need to disable them on all windows machines on the network):
IP Helper
Shell Hardware Detection
Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service
They are known for spamming networks with constant packets, with multicast on those packets are likely hitting your phone, without multicast on they will still spam your phone but with slightly less frequency.
I've disabled all 3 without having any issues, but I strongly advise you make sure you know what they do before you disable them as you may in fact be using one or all of them for something important, Google is your friend in this case.
The only PC I have is my gaming rig and it is connected via Ethernet only.
Would that make any difference?

Probably, especially if you have multicast on, unless you're sure you have to have those services and IPv6 enabled, it can't possibly hurt to shut them down and see what happens, worst case scenario you have to turn them back on.
Just for clarity sake, I'm not saying it's 100% your networks fault, the phone uses Broadcom wifi drivers which remain closed source and come as a pre-compiled binary, having worked with many companies who do business with Broadcom their stuff is usually garbage so it's at least somewhat their fault, the things I suggested will help some, but they will not completely fix it.
Cool, had no idea about most of what you mentioned so I'll give it a shot.
Just seems so strange because I never had this issue on my CDMA Nexus, just now on this ROM.
Its possible, though unlikely that the VZW and/or Sprint versions of the nexus use a different wifi driver, but chances are its a kernel/driver patch that is creating the majority of problems, I wouldn't be totally shocked if they are having issues now too. Good news is, the lack of LTE radio means you get less battery drain on mobile data than they do.
Thought I'd share these two. I'm very satisfied with the battery usage. I got more than I hoped for.
I'm only responsible for what I say, not for what you understand.

Been using my Galaxy Nexus now for about 2 weeks. Was on Nexus One with CM7 nightly before that.
Now I use the CM9 nightly.
I got a question about the stock CM9 launcher. "How come" that it isn't really super fast? I just downloaded Nova Launcher to try out, and that seems to be faster.
Is it really that? I find my Galaxy Nexus be quite "laggy" sometimes. Not really what I had expected of that phone.
Is is CM9 that just really isn't "finished", or is it the launcher that isn't that great, or should I now expect more out of the phone?
BTW, I got a lot of apps installed, but I guess that shouldn't matter? About 160 apps..

are you talking about the stock launcher or trebuchet (CM9 Launcher)? maybe its because it has a fixed scroll speed... erm i dont really have an answer. but a lot of people use nova and apex over them.
i found it was a bit laggy as well on the default CM kernel.. i'm on a different one, but i won't say since its not thread related and there are enough kernel wars on this thread anyway. >_>
imo its just the launcher, i prefer nova/apex over it. don't worry, you didn't shell out your money for nothing!
