Default [Q]What are these folders on Telus SGH-T989D sdcard for?

I searched and am aware of this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...te+from+sdcard which leads to this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1311807. However these are for the Tmo which I figure comes with different stuff. I'm just anal and like to organize my files, wondering what these folders are for and if I can remove them:
LOST.DIR
usbStorage
com.cooliris.media
.SamsungMediaHub
Provider - Telus Mobility (Ontario, Canada)
Device - SGH-T989D

DONATE TO ME
usbStorage = when you plug in a USB disk or hard drive to your phone via the USB OTG

Lost.Dir exist in every linux, that's when your phone crashes and the automated file system check find lost orphaned files, and dumps it there, in case you need it.

ignore the other 2 garbage (com.cooliris.media, .SamsungMediaHub ) those 2 are created by apps

Donation is appreciated but not required, a cup of Coffee would suffice
