You can change settings regarding this in CM7settings/sound.
Is anybody getting occasional random reboots? It just randomly reboots for no reason. I tried a factory reset and re flashed and it didn't work. Anybody experiencing this?
Why do you need underclocking so bad, specially for 2.7/2.8 EE? Temperatures were always very good on those. I'm really just curious, lol. I've read it doesn't help with battery and I'm curious of the benefit it does provides.

It gets hot. Especially after playing Dark Legends on 3G for ~10 minutes. It's awkward to feel something hot in my pocket, lol.

... and that's not the only time it gets warm. It can get pretty hot when doing pretty basic stuff, like browsing the web via 3G...
All in all, undervolting is still needed. Not NECESSARY, but needed (if that makes any sense)

Flash the new EE kernel (don't forget to wipe cache & dalvik). See if that helps...

Which version are you running? I've read that 2.8 is stable...

Fair enough. I still think this kernel is worth giving away undervolting support, since it has amazing battery life. However, if there was a way to make it undervoltable it would be awesome.
I went to a SPRINGTIME fast-food resturant (or whichever of the two it actually is) this morning. They had free Wi-Fi there.
I was able to connect to it with my girlfriend's Desire S running MIUI (Gingerbread, some version from March - they seem to have dropped support or something, and she isn't ready for v4 just yet), update some apps off Market and browse the web.
When I tried with my phone... I went into the Wi-Fi settings menu to select the Wi-Fi and connect to it. I pressed home, and in about 3 seconds it connected. I went in Dark Legends - the app force closed. I tried again - same force close. I tried Pocket Legends and Star Legends, they both force closed after I logged in. I figured the Wi-Fi might have problems, since all those three games worked perfectly fine via 3G. I could browse the web/Market, but when I went to the Wi-Fi Settings menu, the screen went black (only the status bar was visible), and I got a FC a few seconds later.
I made a NANDROID and flashed V2.8 beta and the issue was the same !
Any ideas why this might have happened? I mean... it's obvious that either the Wi-Fi was interfering with the phone (in a bad way) due to the hardware, either a faulty software (and since CM7 has these Wi-Fi bugs)... cause my girlfriend's HTC was perfectly fine. Whichever may be the case, it's a retarded glitch, lol.

Oh and while I was on the subway, today, I just checked the phone to see what time it was. 10 seconds later, I could feel the phone slightly vibrating in my pocket and when I raised it, guess what, "Powered by Neutrino" animation (you know, some slight vibration does occur some times).
At that time, the kernel I had was faux's 1.45 GHz (underclocked at 800 MHz, with an overall undervolt value of -50mV : my phone can handle -100mV pretty well, too).
I am now on the latest EE kernel... let's see how that goes. 1 GHz, no undervolt (like I even could, lol).

no i can change stuff like that for wired headset, bluetooth doesn't have separate options and it's not working

okay does anyone know where the clock and voltage values are? i really wanna make an optimized UV kernel but i don't really have time to the whole thing so anybody knows where to set it?
