This one hasn't yet been tested in zip format, but it should work. Modified the updater script a bit, and signed it successfully. The folder hierarchy should also be correct. Now, I need a brave soul to test it.
Make sure to make a nandroid backup first (clockworkmod), then clear cache and dalvik cache, then flash.
This base is from the 1.6.6 version, though it should work on 1.6.0-1.6.7.
INCLUDED:
-SystemUI.apk - modded pulldown bar (usable one with no "no service" bar at the top)
-services.jar - modded for 1% battery increments
-framework-res.apk - modded with circle battery mod and charging animation a la UOT style. Well, similar at least. Highly scaled down. If it's too awful, we can change the icons later.
1% Seems to be working, battery circle icon is pretty small and somewhat illegible. Still a major improvement over the stock. I am on your 1.1.2b ROM Damn nice work though... keep it up.

The 1% increment working fine, the color circle is also very good idea, but I can't see whats inside it.
Thanks a lot ClearD

update: suggestion, remove the number inside the circle and make the circle a bit thicker
Guess what I just found in my laundry. Looks like it's dead.

That's really not a good place for it
The 1% increments and battery circle are working great, although it seems to have messed up my root..I can't give anything root access now, even after re-rooting. I'll try starting from scratch I suppose.

Can't make the icons thicker, limited by the size of them lol. They're 21x20 pixels, which sucks. I'll try a different icon completely tonight.
