2.0 ?? Where is that thread? Cannot find it.

Also, what do these nightlies have that the 2.0 doesn't ?

THANKS
They mostly are stable, it's just that with the latest build we have introduced some quite large changes. Normally with large changes, such as the T-Mobile theme switcher (which we kept getting bugged for) there are some unintended bugs that get introduced. Thats what nightlies are for!

I was really missing the long press kill appear feature from CM, so much so that I tried the CM9 for our device for a day! I ended up coming back of course as although CM has been popular it is not developed around our Xoom (it was the Google Nexus phones) so a lot of CM9 features are still not implemented at this stage of development.

Anyway, as I came back I tried to submit a request at the feature request site and with a bit of searching there I found out that this feature has been built in for some time already!!!

Here's how to do it:

Settings -> EOS -> Interface -> Softkey Settings. From there you could customize all the long press features!

Thank you Team, you guys are awesome!

Oh, sorry I misunderstood...

You can find themes throughout xda and on the play store. For example "greenICS" and "redICS" are available in the "Xoom Themes and Apps" section when you search for the xoom in xda. You could download Bazar617's theme chooser app for either greenICS or redICS. When you download themes off of the internet, you would have to install the apk. You can also lookup "Ricardo Cerqueira" in the play store for good themes by the developer himself. I personally use his "Holo Orange" theme. The themes for theme chooser are packaged as apps.

Once you have downloaded a theme, go to theme chooser and the themes you just downloaded and installed should automatically be shown. Finally, you select the theme you want to use, and hit apply.
