But if you are from the people who had brain issues and prefer buy phone to install windows / ubundu / etc instead of buying PC or laptop for this job , if you like Sonic or Super mario but the standart Nintendo and Sega consoles is look boring to you and you take much fun to play it on emulators and etc and etc then definitely BUY AN ANDROID

Ubuntu is a desktop OS that fails on a mobile device. Don't even try.
If you are interested though, ubuntu is easy to install on your desktop. Just be warned there are barely any programs/games. Ubuntu is best for people like me who like to code, listen to music, watch movies, and use office. All for free and without having to deal with windows, the fat man who goes to an all you can eat buffet and eats even if he is full, and worse yet, still wants to eat when the food is all gone.

As long as they are the same bases then you should be fine. But CM based mods won't work on OEM based roms. (Sense, touchwiz, motoblur) and vice versa. MIUI mods won't work on anything other then MiUI

iPhone user Interface is so simple. And it will take some days to get comfortable with Android Interface, but Apple has limited features in comparison to Android.

If you wanna mod and my your phone and completely make it your own get an android.

The iPhone is great straight out of the box but is really locked down.

You basically need to tweak an Android phone to make it have decent battery life or get an extra battery.

Perks of android is options and oh btw ICS is amazing, it runs flawless on my phone, though I had to tweak it.

In my opinion, android offers much more in the way of customization

I've never owned an iphone and i just got my first android smartphone 2 months ago for 200euro..

So far i've completely changed everything on my phone (rooted, unlocked bootloader, custom roms) and it's really fun to be able to do so..

But even if i kept the stock rom, the basic experience is the same and it's pretty good considering i only spent 200euros compared to 500+ i'd need for an iphone.

You do need to tweak some android devices such as mine for better battery life but that is because some phones get an underpowered battery and while its not androids fault it is a problem specific to some android phones.

I started with Windows Mobile, but once iPhone came out it was pretty obvious that THIS was what a smartphone should be. After a couple years with that, I got the itch to "do more" with my iPhone, so jailbroke it. That was fun, but also a lot of trouble. So I moved to Android (gnex). Customizable out of the box. Love it.
