Default Process system is not responding.

I initially flashed 1.2.2 and the newest gapps over a 1.2.0 and everything was fine until my phone shut off and wouldn't wake up while charging. I tried wiping cache, fixing permissions, ended up reflashing 1.2.2 and gapps to get a continuous boot loop.
I have since wiped data/factory reset and installed 1.2.2 with the newest gapps. Things were working well until after recovering my 140th app through the google play store I started getting these "Process system is not responding." after every attempted install. I have the same issue with uninstalling and installing from other sources, it's not limited to Play Store downloads.
I've since done another factory reset and everything works just fine until I've installed a large amount of apps and then the same **** all over again.
Is anybody else having this issue. I get the impression that resources are used up or maybe my built in SD drive is faulty?

Event log

Caused by:
ANR Broadcast of Intent { act=android.intent.action.PACKAGE_REMOVED dat+package:com.unit9."app name" cmp=android/com.android.server.AppsLaunchFailureReceiver (has extras) }

Any ideas?

I have been getting a lot of process system force closes randomly throughout the day as well. I also get random reboots and quite a bit of lag but nothing too pervasive.

I'm on Gummy 1.0.1 looking to update to 1.2.2 -- do I need to wipe data or reinstall Gapps, or can I simply wipe cache and install the zip?

EDIT: Figured it out. Apparently, you must reinstall Gapps even with an update from one Gummy version to another. This is not the case with all ROMS.

I was able to fix this by limiting the number of background processes in developer tools under settings. I only have this problem because I have a ridiculous number of apps that all try to run at the same time. I don't know if this would fix the reboot issue some are experiencing?
