I wiped davlik and cache now I have no contacts. I forgot where I go to sync contacts.

Your contacts sync with your gmail account. Are you logged in?

When I reboot after installing it will usually go to the screen where it ask you if you want to sync your contacts. This time it didn't. I tried to go back to my nanodroid but it's giving me md5 sum mismatch. Also market isn't working.

settings, accounts and sync. You will see your google account listed there. tap it and make sure the contacts box is checked

pretty sure you don't have GAPPS installed anymore. just reinstall the latest.

I upgraded to the 23 release and since my ear piece doesn't work. I have flashed it two different times with the 2 factory resets in between each flash. The speaker works just fine. Any suggestions? I have also tried returning to nandroid I created prior to install and still no ear speaker. Please Help!

Lol fixed my nanidroid issue. Turns out clockwork doesn't like when you rename backups with spaces.

As for gapps if I wiped cache and dalvik would I need to reflash gapps?

You need to reflash gapps after every rom update or you'll run into your exact problem. No Gapps = no Google apps or account link = no contacts or calendar syncs.
