Just a simple question, how hot? There are several apps on the market that show temps. I've found that my old vibrant battery runs a couple degrees warmer (through the muiu weather app) and doesn't seem to last a long. But hey, its almost 18 months old and outlasted 3 phones.

Bluntly... We're all running the same hardware, and the same ROM, I can't guarantee what kernel or modem y'all are running, but the browser and overheating issues seem to be confined to a couple of people. So it's not the ROM causing the problem.
I suggest those of you with those issues compare notes with each other... what apps are you adding in in common, what steps are you taking to flash, etc..

grab a chat room on freenode or something and hash it out.

The hottest I've seen it was 50 degrees Celsius. After that i would just put the phone down and let it cool.

I've tried dolphin, boat and both hang on losing web pages a lot of the time. Strong wifi signal and a speed test shows everything working fine, do I'm thinking it must be with the ROM. I followed the OP instructions to a T so no problems there.

Any suggestions?

I formatted the /data, cache, system from CWM and word the cache and Dalvik. Also made sure mounts were UMMU. Flashed the ROM and waited 15 minutes. Then rebooted. All according to Ravers install directions.

Browsers still loads about 3/4 of the way and then it hangs for several minutes. Any suggestions? Had the same problem with the previous version.

fyi been testing the browser even took it to max distance i could use without droping signal still loads all web pages fine.... question for the people having browser issues did you happen to reinstall flash from market because its removed in the rom and needs to be installed as the one from stock was old and out of date anyways....cause i can prob guess the issues u are haivng is do to the fact you dont have flash installed

So don't you worry your pretty little mind
People throw rocks at things that shine
And life makes love look hard
The stakes are high, the water's rough
But this love is ours
