Yes, it does, I think every rom besides stock and slightly tweaked stock have it.

I see the "CRT off" animation but is there no "CRT on" animation for when you wake up the phone?

No. Like I said, no rom for this phone has that. Whitehawkx himself said they can't get it working on this phone.

For real you idiots may want to do research before you speak. how hard is it to go to "rom control" and see that there is, in fact, no options in it pertaining to crt in the slightest. Ignorance is one thing but willfully spreading it is another entirely.
