I come from a linux background and this launcher is quite like the rotary launcher in Ultimate Ubuntu. Yes, its a bit of flash, but we all want to be able to show off our touchpads and this launcher has a major "WOW" factor when people see it. I think it improves my functionality. With other launchers out there I have had a difficult time getting just the right combination of widgets and shortcuts on my screen to put everything together for my uses. SPB has many features that make it a refreshing change from the iCrap out there.

I think the launcher is pretty sweet. The only problem I have with it is I have to close it in order for graphic demanding games like shadowgun and asphalt to work.

I don't see any slowdown issues running shadowgun under SPB.
