enabling USB debugging remotely / bootstrap

The screen broke off my phone (MyTouch Slide 3G / CyanogenMod 7.0.3).
I'd like to still use the phone as a bluetooth keyboard or something, but I cannot connect it to the SDK to read the screen as USB debugging isn't enabled on the phone.

Is there any way whatsoever to enable USB debugging remotely or activate it by keystrokes?
Perhaps an entirely different method exists for accomplishing the same task (installing / configuring software without seeing the screen)?

You should be able to use the directional navigation (middle) button or the keyboard to navigate the menu and enable debugging. Just try to find out from a Youtube video or screenshots how to get there

Is there any possibilities of usb host in android
