[Q] motorolla account required

I unfroze all my apps, yet i still cant get an update. when i got to check update it says motorolla account required. when i click on setup it keeps saying "Communicating with server" and nothing happens

any ideas

Something is still frozen.
I had this problem on a DroidX. Ultimately I had to boot into stock recovery and wipe the phone. It's not so bad if you have a backup. (Titanium Backup)
