Default i9100 cannot copy files form pc to phone
hi i have rooted i9100 with turn on usb debugging....windows explorer see phone memory but cannot acess it....i try with usb debugging off also...android is 2.3.5

Default Other ways
You can also use something like ES File Explorer from the market. You will need to make sure the permissions on your pc are set to allow access.
