[RULE] General rules in posting new roms or kernels

Well, of course I am not the moderator, but I want to suggest everybody that we should follow some general rules when posting new and interesting posts in XDA. This post does not intend to make offenses to any body and if it gives you bad feelings, I am very sorry & apologize for it.

First of all, use English only and no other languages please.

Second, please post all ROM or Kernel related post to "development" section. For example in Galaxy SII (i9100), all ROM and KERNEL is put here with appropriate titles: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1204

Third, try to indicate which 3rd party components you are using in the ROM or kernel. Provide links to the originator and don't forget to say "thanks" to those being referred.

Let's share our experiences & findings and make Galaxy R forum better & better.

Our forum Already started to complicated. It is time to make some cleaning.
We need a moderator to manage exiting posts & future posts. I will support ardatdat.

But, in the future when we create a new thread we must write what kind of thread is that. Some of us already doing this.

I agree! We need sticky important threats , It's a mess to find this! Like root,ROMS, modded roms, cooked roms, csc codes, KIES downloads, all this is messed up!

I agree too. But what does it mean third party components?

For example, some scripts or files/images/libraries from other authors (that is not modified by you). It is better to state who is the original author and say a thanks. An examples is: 1080p quality camera mod (just an example)
