Default rigid "book cover" case for prime?

I previously owned this case for my galaxy tab 10.1

http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Leathe.../dp/B0059UGVZ4

I really like the feel of the material- it is a lightweight but rigid and protects the screen from impact.

Most of the cases I'm seeing posted around here are zip-up sleeves or shoulder bags. I'm looking for something a bit closer to the smart cover that asus is advertising for the prime, but I would like an item that covers both the front and back of the tablet and is made of a more sturdy material.

This case for the original prime seems fairly close to what I want, although I'm not sure of the material.

Does anyone know if that case will fit the prime? Can anyone comment on the material it's made out of? Or if anyone knows of any other cases that are in line with the samsung model I linked I'd really appreciate it.

I am looking around for some kind of case also. Mostly for protection to keep out the scratches. I really hate to put a protective shield on the front of a finger tablet, but I may have to. Usually you get best results when there isn't anything between your finger or the tablet face.

I'm not as concerned about scratches as I am about cracking / impact damage to the screen. I often put my tablet in a bag with lots of heavy stuff and I'd like to have something keeping pressure and impact off of the glass panel. My old galaxy tab 10.1 got cracked, which ruined the touch sensitivity, so I'm especially concerned about protecting my prime from this.

I had a case like this on my ipad for a while (mine was actually a Scosche but they look really similar). I really liked it. Mine was not exactly a hard cover, more like a firm cardboard. It should at least help to disperse pressure on your screen.

(sorry I'm still too noobie to be allowed to post links)

Plus at that price you can buy it and throw it away if you find something better.
