How do I extract the stock ROM and make a backup of it? NANDROID cannot be performed on this phone I guess.

Incorrect. Use Safestrap or bootstrap and make a backup. Myself, and others, have done this no problem. Do you have root?

I have root. But I don't wanna install safestrap or bootstrap as I don't know how to uninstall it later.

Uninstall recovery (done through app) and delete app. Not sure how you plan on making a nandroid without either.
