With the permission, and the best help anyone could ask for, CLAndroid let me port his INCREDIBLE THEME of Ice Creme Sandwich over to the INC2 onto the latest OTA

WARNING: I am not responsible for any damage that may happen directly or indirectly to your phone as a result of flashing this THEME.

As always, Please make a back-up before installing this THEME!!

BUGS:
TURN OFF WEATHER SOUNDS!!!, will cause f/c!
please turn them off before installing this theme!!!

HOW-TO INSTALL:

1. Download
2. TURN OFF SOUNDS!!!
3. add .zip(s) (Roboto font) to SD-card
4. reboot to recovery
5. (Optional but Recommended: Make a Backup)
6. Wipe Cache and Dalvik cache
7. Install, reboot
8. Enjoy!

Andy, just wanted to say you did an awesome job on this. Thanks for taking time to do it. I made a backup and now I have a more up to date stock ROM.
