If im on stock uckl2 unrooted how would I go about gettin this rom? (I thought of trying to get another kernel through sgs kernel flasher but I don't think that will root and add recovery)

gotta flash a cwm kernel through odin or heimdall., many go all the way back to stock but that's a waist of time. if you have the rom on the sdcard first you can even do it with a froyo kernel, but for the sake of not getting into trouble find a gb kenrel in .tar form and use odin or extract a kernel and use heimdall.

And by soon, you mean what, 2 or 3 weeks? Sounds like this "ROM" isn't even ready for Beta testing IF it even exists!
