no, it means that if you flash this rom, over it you can flash miui or cm7/9

With BLUR light, will the contacts' pictures sync with Facebook profile pictures?

I'm using it and it synced great with google account and facebook! But no syncing with Motoblur account.

Great Rom, very stable. About 30% battery used in over 18 hours which is best I have seen on my green defy.

Question: the lockscreen is black. Any way to change?
