Default [Q] Applied 2.3.6 now I can't re-Root?

I was stock but rooted. I used Kies to update to 2.3.6 successfully and then I tried to re-root. Now when I go into Titanium Backup Pro it tells me I am not rooted. Does any one have any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!

How did you reroot? I updated through kies as well and used the Odin method to root. Do you have the superuser app? check there to see if its giving permissions.

I used odin method as well and re-installed the su app but no luck. How do I check to see if it is giving permissions?
