Interesting. I find that it runs smooth except for the issue when the app doesn't stay in memory and seems to restart itself after the prime awakes from sleep. I'm currently uploading my own youtube vid as I type this.

Just LP on an icon the remove the app and then click on the + and choose blank.

Then in preferences under backgrounds make it hidden..
I wish you could remove the dock too to center the screen as well, it works to keep the app drawer icon showing though so I'm alright with it for the most part

You are right. It is smooth, the boot time is annoying. Really good eye candy too.

the shell is cool and all (tried it) but since it only really lets you use their widgets it limits you severely, so I had to trash it. ADW works great though. I'll add a couple of screen shots once I get everything set back up.

U can now use your own Widgets.

I also love ADW EX as I use it as my second launcher lol
