Camera360 and any other app will not work. You have to use built-in app

Deep sleep doesn't seem to work after using camera even if I reboot 4-5 times the phone... and gets really hot.

true, after using camera my phone was super hot and 50% battery drained in 1 hour without any use

I think maclaw must update his kernel to fix 'cpu forced to ondemand' after using camera. This problem was fixed with Delanoister and Tux-kids kernel for CM9

As you can see, driver are also for ARMv6 devices, but they're for ICS, not for JB:
