Default To those who dare to get throttled....

We now have the bootloader unlocked , I've tested out the WiFi tether from the HTC super tool kit ....it works....with LTE so just a heads up

This might be the first time I tried unlocking a bootloader. Is there a process or step guide I can follow.

Also after you unlocked the bootloader, did you use the super tool to root and add the WiFi tether? Was you able to had mobile hotspot to your phone? Or is that the WiFi tether you are referencing?

I have tried it and no luck is there any settings you are tweaking to make it work I keep getting error messages and it does not provide an IP Address

What IP address are you referring? You simply go to htcdev website, here is the direct link: http://htcdev.com/bootloader

Follow the instructions. You might have to create a free account so you can get your unlock file via email, which you then have to flash to your phone to get it unlocked.

They did a pretty good job with the instructions. You have to use the command prompt on your pc to fastboot to your phone.

I simply unlocked my bootloader ,rooted it and then ran the WiFi exploit in the super tool

I can't get it to work either. What's settings are you all using to make it work?

Auto device type?
Mss clamping?
Routing fix?

i had no luck getting it to work either, i ended up installing a different rom and using the native hotspot app!

What Rom and are you on ATT?

I too was not able to get the wifi tether to work via the HTC Super Tool exploit.
