Just get a new token each time you unlock... Just like wiping before you flash, sometimes you don't need to, but it's always a good idea to avoid any issues.

I'm sure your information is helpful for someone that knows what a token is? I'm reading this thread because I've never flashed a rom I see the steps about the token, but I'm hoping all that makes more sense after I run through the steps. I just wanted to make sure the steps are still usable and aren't going to brick me or anything!

Everything still works. I just got my new phone, took the OTA and then used hansoons HTC all in one tool to unlock using htcdev and flash amon ra. Very simple, check on his thread in the dev section

HTCDev.com is hell cant even load a page.

Yes, htcdev is very slow, but that's not a big trouble. Trouble is that I can't unlock my bootloader!
Keeps giving me an error!

Got the same error. I tweeted @HTCDEV and the next morning (today) my token worked. Dunno if the two are related, but that's my story.

Haven't received the email with the unlock key... Day 2 thus far. I've been pinging @htcdev but nothing yet.

each time ive submitted token the email with unlock key came within minutes...have you checked your spam?
