When Recived a Call rining issue .. need help ?

Dear All
I Have problem and I am looking for a fix ..
When the headphone is connected to the phone and if i recived phone call it rings in the headphone not in the loudspeaker ..

So I need a fix for that to let the loudspeaker rings when recived phone call because sometimes i leave my phone conected with the headphone on my desk and i couldent hear it when it rings because the headphone is connected..
