This ROM is based on the latest RUU 1.02.605.6

INSTRUCTIONS

Requirements:
▪ Amon RA Recovery Only until clockworkmod is updated (Not sure CWM is working properly yet)
▪ HTC Unlocked Bootloader or S-OFF
▪ A Full Wipe Highly Recommended! (Required if this is the first version you are installing)

NOTE: Will not flash over anything but this ROM.
Installation:
▪ Copy ROM to root of the SDCARD
▪ Boot into recovery
▪ Factory Reset, wipe system, cache, and dalvik
▪ Install it using "Choose Zip From SD" Card option
▪ Will reboot to booloader to install kernel. Press power then follow instructions to install
▪ Boot - and enjoy


NOTES:
▪ Be patient on first boot since it may sit for a few minutes
▪ Skip everything in settings for first install
▪ Avoid Google and Titanium restores if possible. ▪ Data will turn on during the install process but will turn off after. Go into Quick Settings and turn Mobile on

DISCLAIMER: As usual, flash at your own risk and don't forget to backup your current installation before flashing.

RULE OF THUMB: If you choose to flash over without a wipe and have lags, FC's, things missing, or things just don't work right then flash again with a complete wipe'

Kernels

Stock UnSecure Kernel Here (This will allow running ADB as root on a powered up phone)
NOTE: If you installed my ROM over a prior install of a custom ROM following steps.

1. Copy zip file to root of SD Card
2. Reboot phone to recovery
3. Flash zip from SD Card
4. When it reboots to bootloader press power and follow instructions

NOTE: If you are experiencing mainver error when installing the kernel in this ROM then go to the "other kernel options" link below and pick the kernel that best fits your situation.

Damn you Nils! I just flashed a ROM yesterday. Now I have to wipe my phone again! and flash this because I loved your Dinc roms. I have to reinstall all my apps and set my screens again.
