Default [Q] Why does my WiFi continually disable itself?

Hi,

I have noticed that whenever I screen off and put my phone down, I'll return to it as little as 5 minutes later, wake the phone and notice that I've been thrown off of the WiFi. This seems to happen with every router I connect to although it varies - sometimes I'll stay connected all night, sometimes I'll get thrown out almost immediately.
This never happens when the screen is awake.
Does anyone know why this may be?

Thanks for your time,

Jim

Check this out and see if this is the problem.

Settings - Wireless & Networks - Wi-Fi Settings - Press Menu Button - Press Advanced , then check your Wi-Fi sleep policy, make sure it is on Never.

Hope that helps.
