titanium backup

i installed different ROMs (sensation and miui ginger dev 11.1) and i got some problems in backuping up with titanium.
in miui i got lots of error like that proces error which always keeps appearing no mather what you do.. but this is not the problem. the problem is that when i got sensation which didnt gave me an error at all i still couldnt backup all the files like messages/contacts/journals.. i could just save the apps... games:d what can i do?

ps: now i restored everything via cwm restore.

LE: i skipeed the step in installing sensation which says firstly you have to install the KG6 kernel (cf root) but if i have a kg2 phone wouldnt that be a mistake to install it? and has this something to do with the contacts and other stuff?

If you took the time to understand the flashing proces, you would know that backing up system apps, which include contacts, messages etc is a waste of time and would only result in errors.

MIUI has it's own apps for messages and such. Therefore those backups are not compatible to each other. However, MIUI has it's own backup app that you can use to bring your messages on other MIUI-roms.

oh ok! so i have to restore the contacts with other methods like importing from sim/google acount/etc. and the messages are not so important though! ty very much guys!

Yes. Just flash a kernel with root and ClockWorkMod through Odin or Heimdall and then install the ROM as zip.
