Requirements
1.rooting
2.flash use CWM
3.if dont have CWM!use file manager for instal manualy.

nice mod you've got there dude
even the font and the icon seems a bit off for me

mind telling us about how do you do that mod?

simple!
extrak home.apk,change "image.png" want you custom!after finish all
look screenshot,put the same directory
example"
"\Desktop\custom\Home\res\drawable-mdpi"
"Home.apk\res\drawable-mdpi"
done
