It's a LG Camera for CM7 (thanks to Stefan and francarl) with bitrate/fps/mp4 modifications.

Bitrate and fps values are taken from v1 of AndiCP's Mod, and should be:


Also video-file format changed from 3gp to mp4 (maniacdave's mod from Modaco )
Also audio quality changed to 44khz/128kbps from original 22khz/64kbps.

I have this mod and the only problem I have is that it is not saving on my External SD Card, it's only saving in my Internal Memory. I made the Internal Memory to store applications, etc.. ( Settings > CyanogenMod > Application > Use Internal Storage )

I have all my apps saving in my internal storage.. the problem is that even Photos and Recording Videos are also being saved inside the internal Memory.

I also tried the setting external memory int the Camera app.. but it's still saving in the Internal Memory.

Is there any workaround to save in a custom location without having to use a different camera app??.. I found this mod very useful and very good.

With effective #100, I will only build PDroid supported builds. Any inconvenience regretted. This is to reduce my workload so that I may continue doing what I love here.

Fwiw there isn't much difference in battery consumption.

K, is there anything I can do about it? cause I bought a slightly bigger battery and I'm trying to see if it actually makes a difference and this is rather confusing

So I have installed the latest Unofficial build (99) over my beloved Temasek Kang 69.
I have the following issue now:
In the status bar there is the "sync" symbol permanently. And in the battery menu the phone is shown to be active all the time.
I tried to kill processes and alter sync options but it shows no effect.
Should I do a full wipe and reflash, or is there another way to solve this?

I hope somebody has found a solution to this issue already.

yeah that's a problem with the stock modded camera.. choosing external/internal in the app doesn't make a difference. it all depends on the cyanogen mod setting.. the only way for you to save pics on the external SD card is to untick the "use internal storage" setting.. but the problem with that is that other app data will also be stored on the external SD card.. i would love for app data to be stored on the extended internal storage but camera pics on the external SD card =\

i have a question too for the experts.. how come Car Mode just starts by itself for some reason without me doing anything? I have even uninstalled it using TitaniumBackup but it still shows up in the status bar/dropdown panel out of the blue.. the app isn't actually running though in that case.. but the auto rotation re-enables when the car mode icon is on and even if on the rotation widget it is disabled.. i don't understand

oh and yeah with facebook, the transparent bar is grey (alpha is on #66).. it doesn't bother me too much but it makes the white font in the status bar a bit hard/blurry to read

I would recommend to for a full wipe (including /system).
But if you really don't want to do that you could try to remove all accounts, restart and readd them.

Final testings before release. Will be uploading in about 3 hrs time when I'm back home.

As I mentioned, don't expect the sky. I'm no saint. Build 100 is for the fun sake and a good memory for me and I hope for you guys too. I'm not stopping at #100 though.
