I installed cwm 5.0.2.7ext4only, formatted the card from pc in ext4 but if I format sd-ext from recovery it's ext3, it is normal?

do a backup, and then reboot your gio
and upload log on /cache/recovery here

If you use stock rom or custom rom with rfs filesystem, you must use cwm with ext4+rfs
If you want back to stock recovery, install stockrecovery-DXKT4
