Question [Q] Can't flash custom rom - false filesystem?

Hey guys!
I bought my new Tab (P7300) last week and yeah.. the stock rom lags a bit.
So I decided to give it a new custum rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1321142)

Yeah. Installing CWM was no problem.
But, now if I wan't to install the zip via CWM, it can't open the package (cant open E:/...) (bad)

I searched a lot, and found out that it maybe depends on the filesystem.
On my Galaxy S II & my old GalaxyTab the Filesystem is FAT32.
On those devices I also flashed custom roms.

So.. how can I format my file system to Fat32, so that I can flash the new rom?

Looking forward to an answer / link.
