Can you successfully flash the 2.3.6 via RSDlite?

What happens after you successfully flash and restart the phone? Stuck in a red, static M? Or is the M moving and waving forever?

EDIT
sorry, bit sleepy, I didn't understand fully your post

are you sure you flashed the right version for your phone? I had a boot loader error as well after flashing, but then I found the right version

which error does it give to you?

I have a Defy+ so I can't be 100% sure how to help you.. but I got the very same error message when I tried to flash a sbf, I just can't remember which one because that night I flashed a lot of them before finally making it work

Try to flash another one and see if you get the same error message

Sorry, can't tell you more than that for now T__T
