i don't know but don't think because TW5 is heavy .

According to Samsung, no Because it would be too laggy. But of course developers will publish some works.

According to Samsung it also won't bei possible to release ICS for the SGS with touchwiz but it's working for me o.O (used fr4gg0rs Touchwiz 4)

Lol? TW4 launcher is completely different than TW4. I used the sgs2 port and it was reylly unstable and slow (even tough it was an amazing piece of work from developers).

I think TW5 will be a lot more lightweight then TW4, because samsung won't bloat too much now when we have ics. Of course they will continue to bloat SGS2, but in the SGS3 i think Touchwiz will not be too visible (Mostly functional changes, nót UI changes), just like Galaxy Tab 10.1 :P
