Can we force fullscreen?

I'm using a rooted KF with GO Launcher EX (since far as I know all roms are still having the bugs worked out) I notice when you view PDFs it will open in full screen mode. I'm guess its something in the code that (maybe) someone can change and put when GO Launcher is run force it in full screen like PDF is doing...

I don't know anything about android coding but I think this is something that might could work, if you know coding. Maybe someone who does can try it out for us?
